At Delta’s Daydream, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom laser-engraved products. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review the following policy regarding product sales:

1. Orders & Personalisation

All products are made to order and may include personalisation based on customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all text, dates, and custom details provided are accurate at the time of ordering.

Proofs or previews may be provided for custom designs when requested. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order.

We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

3. Production & Processing Times

Standard processing time is 2-3 business days, depending on order volume and product type.

Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us directly to discuss availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the UK. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Once dispatched, Delta’s Daydream is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Non-personalised products may be eligible for returns in unused condition within 3 of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Quality & Variations

Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance, including wood grain, engraving depth, or colour. These natural variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Once customisation or engraving has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the right to use any logos, designs, or images submitted for engraving.

Delta’s Daydream reserves the right to refuse orders that may infringe on copyright, trademark, or contain offensive material.
