1. General: By placing an order, you acknowledge that all items are handcrafted and may have slight variations in design, colour and finish.
2. Orders and Payment: Due to our products being custom-made, all orders must be paid in full before processing begins. We accept payments through: SumUP, Paypal and Bank transfer (If collecting locally, cash or card machine also). All custom orders require detailed specifications from the customer and any changes must be requested before production starts.
3. Shipping and Delivery: Processing times vary based on the complexity of the order. Estimated  delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property: All designs, artwork and custom creations remain the property of Delta’s Daydream. You may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.
6. Liability and Disclaimer: Delta’s Daydream is not liable for improper use or handling of our products. We make every effort to ensure product accuracy, but we do not guarantee exact colour matching due to screen variations.
7. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is used solely for order fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
